1. Services and Prices
- Free Hearing Screener (15 mins) – indicative check using an online tool with an audiologist. Not a diagnostic test.
- Comprehensive Hearing Test & Consultation (1.5 hrs) – £75. Fee is deducted from hearing aid purchase if applicable.
- Hearing Aid Upgrade Appointment (1 hr) – Free for existing hearing aid wearers and includes a comprehensive hearing test.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
48 hours’ notice required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged in full (£75). No refunds available.
3. Payment
Payment is made on the day of the appointment. We accept Visa & Mastercard.
4. Disclaimer
The free hearing screener is not a substitute for a diagnostic hearing test or medical assessment. Patients with any concerns about their hearing should seek professional medical advice.
5. Liability
HCD Clinics (Hearing Savers Ltd) accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
