1. Services and Prices
Ear wax removal is performed by an HCPC-registered audiologist.
Prices: £40 for one ear, £60 for both ears.
If no wax is found, a £25 consultation fee applies.
If wax cannot be removed, you may need to rebook, after using olive oil drops for 1–2 weeks.
If wax still cannot be removed, an additional £25 fee applies.

2. Appointments and Cancellations
All appointments require 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will be charged in full.
No refunds are available.

3. Payment
Payment is made on the day of the appointment by Credit or Debit card. We accept Visa & Mastercard.

4. Liability
HCD Clinics (Hearing Savers Ltd) accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
