1. Services and Prices
Ear wax removal is performed by an HCPC-registered audiologist.
Prices: £40 for one ear, £60 for both ears.
If no wax is found, a £25 consultation fee applies.
If wax cannot be removed, you may need to rebook, after using olive oil drops for 1–2 weeks. If the wax is removed, this appointment is free of charge.
If wax still cannot be removed, an additional £25 fee applies.

2. Payment
Payment is made on the day of the appointment by Credit or Debit card. We accept Visa & Mastercard.

3. Liability
HCD Hearing Clinics accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
