Hear Care Direct did a fantastic job in getting the right hearing aids for my 95 year old mum - first time having hearing aids- the whole process from testing to recommending the perfect solution - for the first time in probably 20 years , my mum can hear properly , no loud tv, no loud phones and no more shouting or repeating every other word.

My ear feels incredible after blocking my ear by using a candle wax stick to withdraw wax and an ear bud. I had pushed the wax down which the doctors said I would need to wait a month for my ear to be syringed.
The staff members were so professional, welcoming and helpful as I had never been to the clinic before and did get a little lost trying to find the place and to park. They reassured me and were patient with any worries or questions I had.
I had not had micro suction before but despite it being a little noisy, it was quick and pain free.
The clinician showed me the inside of my ear on the iPad and explained and showed me both ears.
I love that it was able to be done on the day (no wait time or down time), after using olive oil to soften the wax.
The relief of being able to hear again is amazing!
I may return for my other ear as now I feel out balanced haha!

Side not:
The car park by the leisure centre is free for 2hrs which is great for your 30’minute appointment. It is a short walk across the road to the shop.
The decor is very clean and modern too which was a lovely space to be in.

Very impressed with the service received. Excellent hearing test. I have had several hearing tests elsewhere but this one was extremely thorough with not only standard test but also a white noise test, loud noise test, listening to a tv and going outside to hear background noise.
Hearing aids were received very promptly. On collection of aids received an extremely thorough demonstration on how to wear, clean and adjust the aids.
The clinic is extremely clean. We were not rushed and all our questions were answered. Would recommend trying this clinic 100%.

Amazing service. Booked in on the same day. Really convenient location.
The gentleman I saw was fantastic really caring and explained everything clearly for me. Within a couple of minutes no ear wax in that ear and with just a weird ticking sensation and I could hear again!

My wife was having problems with both ears and so we made an appointment with hcd it was quick and easy to book an appointment and got an appointment on the same day. The gentleman was very nice and polite and went through the procedure for removing the wax thoroughly to ensure she understood what was going to happen.
He took his time and was very patient. She went in with very little hearing and 40 minutes later was able to hear as normal.
Also, it was a competitive price.

Phoned for ear wax removal appointment at Hear Care Direct at their offices on Atherstone high street nr Tamworth which are new and very smart. Harpreet used the modern micro suction method (replacing the old and now obsolete irrigation method which can cause several problems - infections, driving the wax further in, etc). This was my first ever micro suction appointment and Harpreet was brilliant - no rush, very gentle and always reassuring. The wax was so compacted against the ear drum that, unusually, he stopped during the treatment and told me to use olive oil to soften the wax and return in ten days to safely and gently finish the rest of the treatment (AND at no additional cost!!). On return Harpreet was able to remove the remaining dark coloured wax which suggests it had been jammed in there for quite some time. The cost (Oct 25) was £40 for one ear, £60 for both. A brilliant service and I am absolutely delighted that I can hear clearly again - thank you, Harpreet!

I booked in for ear wax removal, but once they looked (and showed me live on an app), we agreed I didn't need it. I had a brief hearing test (ie not the full one) and again we agreed my hearing was OK for my age. Really professional and on time - great not to have any hard sell. I'll definitely book a follow up at HCD in 12mths.

Managed to get a next day appointment for ear wax removal, the process was quick and painless. The staff were very helpful and offered great advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I brought my dad here the audiologist was great very knowledgeable amazing with my dad who has very little sight will definitely go here again and highly recommend to any one that needs a hearing test, Microsuction, or hearing aids to come here lovely people nothing was too much trouble and made my feel completely at ease.

I have booked in for a hearing test online. The website was easy to use and quick to book! Will update my review after I have had my hearing test.
